2000 Nauticat 321

Apollo Beach, Florida

The Nauticat 321 is a sleek low profile, comfortable raised salon performance sailboat from Finland, with inside/outside helm stations, (not the traditional Nauticat motorsailer).  Thisis a three owner 2000 Nauticat sailing sloop with direct drive and hydraulic steering.  It truly is a turnkey boat equipped with everything from linens to lines.  This Nauticat benefits from owners that have taken above average care of her with many new upgrades added.  Fully outfitted, immaculately clean, always stored in brackish or freshwater.  She is CE Approved Category A vessel, a pleasure to sail and live aboard.

Maramor is currently secured to SlideMoors in a private, deep water, very protected slip in Apollo Beach, FL with easy access to Tampa Bay.  This slip could be available if new buyer wishes to keep in its current location.  Slip comes with 30 AMP power and water.

Raised Salon

Raised Salon has inside helm station with engine controls, autopilot and duplicate instrumentation to starboard.  To the side of the helm is a generous cabinet with shelves for logs, manuals and tools.  To port a U shaped raised salon surrounded with 360 view, provides an open airy interior ambience.  Under the raised salon is a convenient chart drawer.  Very large lockers and storage are under the settee and behind seat backs. The table can be lowered to make a berth or removed for a large lounging area.  The cushions are in aqua-blue Alcantara. (Alcantara is composed of about 68% polyester and 32% polyurethane [4] giving increased durability and stain resistance. The appearance and tactile feel of the material is similar to that of suede.}   The side windows have cream Sunbrella curtains. Phifertek Plus exterior sun shades were made for all the windows.  A new duplicate set is on board. The forward triple window area also has a white Top Gun cover with a solar panel to maintain batteries in storage.

All the hatches are made with safety glass, and have no-see-um grade screens. The companionway has a Sogeman No-see-um screen. Carpets are snapped down in the saloon and companionway entrance, with extra “boatyard” carpets on the entrance stairs. A fire extinguisher is mounted above the chart drawer below settee.  Folding high stool for inside helm or additional seating at saloon table.

The stainless steel sink has hot and cold pressure water.  A trash bag system adjacent to the sink on the counter is very convenient.  The top loading low power Isotherm fridge and freezer, has a battery air circulating fan and thermometer.  There are generous teak storage cupboards, and a paper towel rack to make this a very convenient cooking area just ahead of the helm station.  Dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils etc. for a well equipped galley are included.  Large PG6 fire extinguisher.

Fore Cabin

Fore Cabin has a V berth with a removable filler, and large storage areas beneath. A full length lighted wardrobe locker and lighted under berth locker are to port.  Shelves run the length of the cabin to port and starboard. 1 LED reading light on each side and 1 overhead LED light. The large hatch screen is hinged and has a full reflective roller shade and a Vetus SS Mushroom vent.

The Head

The Head has a Jabsco toilet, sink with hot and cold water, shower head and large storage cupboards, including additional hanging storage for foul weather gear.  The shower curtain has an overhead track to protect the varnished wood.  Access to the valve for the fresh or seawater deck wash system is located in the head.

The toe rails incorporate the support for bow, stern and midship large cleats and fairleads.   Side boarding gates to port and starboard. The teak hard handrails are finished with Cetol and have covers of Marine Blue Sunbrella for sun protection.  The lower lifelines and fittings were replaced with new SS wire and fittings in 2014.
