Greg and I spoke on numerous occasions prior to my decision to buy "Cookie Cutter" and without exception he was courteous, professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Greg went out of his way to help me and was very patient in answering questions, providing addtional information in every step of the process, and in helping me make a fully informed purchasing decision. This was especially important to me as I live in Arkansas and did not want to commit to the time and expense of getting to Florida without an assurance that the boat was as Greg described it to me. When I finally stepped on board I was well prepared because of Greg's thouroughness in describing "Cookie Cutter" to me and, the resulting survey confirmed virtually everything that Greg had told me about the boat.

Randy took me from our first encounter on the phone to meeting with me, accomodating me at Bluewater Bay in Niceville as we negotiated, purchasing my Mainship 34 Trawler, and even doing all of the requisites for documentation. He stood behind his warranties and little things that needed attention. The whole experience of purchasing such a nice boat was pleasant.
